Hi, I’m Cecilia

I’m the owner and founder of Vanilla and Sprinkles, and a mum to three wonderful kids — twin boys and a little girl who keep me very busy. My family moved to the UK from South Africa, and that’s when I found my passion for baking cakes that look as amazing as they taste.

I’ve been the designated cake maker for friends and family for years, and I’m completely self‑taught — I couldn’t count the cake‑decorating videos I’ve watched. I love pushing myself with new ideas, whether that’s an unusual flavour or a show‑stopping design.
